A childhood love of engines and diggers — so it's no surprise I turned an old Land Rover into a mobile bar.
I studied Geography at Cardiff University, where I graduated after three brilliant years. During the holidays, I worked in the French Alps delivering high-end hospitality in luxury chalets — fast-paced, hands-on, and full of high expectations.
It was the perfect training ground for running a busy bar and keeping guests happy no matter what's thrown at you. I'm hands-on, practical, and love finding solutions when things don't go to plan — which, let's face it, happens at events.
I'm also sociable, friendly, and genuinely enjoy meeting new people, whether it's guests, event organisers or other traders.
