I'm Theo — most people call me Digger — and The Tipsy Rover is my passion project. My background in high-end Alpine hospitality taught me how to keep a busy bar running and guests happy, whatever the day throws at us. We're hands-on, sociable and easy to work with — arriving fully prepared with the stock, kit and staffing to handle parties of any size, so you can relax and enjoy your own event.
